Fittingly, my name is Harmony, and I try to bring a sense of it into both my life and my work. I am an LMFT Associate and LPC Associate in Texas specializing in perinatal mental health and trauma recovery. I integrate EMDR, somatic psychotherapy, and a systemic lens to support individuals and families through reproductive transitions, PTSD, and complex trauma.
